To reflect is simply what it means: to see an yourself. When we reflect, we look at ourselves and assess the changes that has transpired the last time we tried to see ourselves. This is important as a Stoic because, no matter how much you put into becoming Stoic, if you do not stop and see how the actions you take are affecting you, then how can you be sure that you are doing the right thing.
I can't really imagine how much a change in perspective can have in my life, it's only been two weeks but I feel like the days are longer and that is awesome.

I woke up with a terrible headache yesterday, because I was on a long trip from the province going home but that wasn't going to stop me from trying to accomplish for the day. As I have said in my previous post: the goal of the day is to accomplish at least one significant thing. And each success will bring in more success moving forward.
